In addition to serving as a trusted HR business partner, each member of the team develops and maintains subject matter expertise in a designated HR specialty area, such as Workday administration, recruitment and NeoGov administration, benefits and leave management, labor relations, classification and compensation, and/or employee relations. The City is organized into the following departments/organizational units: City Manager's Office, Community Services, Economic Development, Finance, Fire, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal and Risk Management, Planning & Development, Police, Public Works, and Utilities.
