Overview: The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, processing HR documentation such as personnel action forms (PAFs), and timecard processes, maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures, assisting with employee relations matters, coordinating training and development activities, safety documentation, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping.
