p>You qualify at the GS-13 level, if you meet the following qualification requirements: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one (1) year of qualifying experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: leading studies employing qualitative (e.g., focus groups, individual interviews, observations) and quantitative (e.g., surveys, cost-benefit analyses, feasibility studies) assessment methods to evaluate the effectiveness of policies and procedures related to the management and administration of information systems, human capital planning, travel, and financial and budgeting operations; reviewing, analyzing, and interpret new travel policies and forms and providing guidance to the travel community; providing guidance to complex travel matters that include Temporary Duty Travel (TDY), Permanent Change of Station (PCS) and long-term training; and analyzing, reviewing and auditing travel credit card usage.
