Responsibilities and requirements: Ā· Prep and set up the ingredients for and assemble dishes according to recipes/specifications laid out by the restaurant on time. - Work indoors for the majority of the workday (fluorescent lights, HVAC system, solid surface flooring, normal heat and cold conditions associated with a kitchen facility, and normal kitchen noise levels). Cooks also participate in menu planning, recipe development, and sanitation programs under the supervision of our Executive Chef.
