Senior Manager, Enterprise Change Management

At Genesys, we are redefining change as a strategic, enterprise capability in an AI-first world. This role is focused on leading large-scale transformation by designing and delivering human-centered change strategies that drive adoption, improve business outcomes, and build scalable change capability across the organization. This is not a traditional change management role.

We are seeking a leader who can think beyond training and communications to design end-to-end change journeys, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead multiple enterprise change initiatives from strategy through post–go-live adoption
• Design and deliver integrated, human-centered change experiences
• Contribute to building and scaling the “Genesys Way of Change” framework
• Coach leaders and managers to effectively lead through change
• Define and track meaningful success metrics (adoption, behavior change, business outcomes)

Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience leading enterprise transformation or change initiatives
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously
• Strong program and project management capabilities
• Experience with digital or technology transformations (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, AI-enabled environments)
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence skills
• Ability to think holistically about the full employee experience through change

Preferred
• Experience building change frameworks or practices
• Background in consulting, enablement, organizational development, or learning

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a new, enterprise-wide change capability and play a critical role in driving transformation at scale.

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.  

$135,400.00 - $238,200.00
