This position serves as the Director of the Licensing Division and operates under a Senior/Executive Liaison Officer, exercising a high degree of independence, and is responsible for directing the complex functions and processes of the licensing division, including the registration, permitting, and/or licensure for more than 6,675 firms and/or individuals across more than 47 license/endorsement types annually. Provides direction and interpretation of all statutes, laws, and regulations that apply to OSFM personnel, firms, employees, contractors, permit offices, building officials, media, certified public accountants, public citizens, attorneys, senators, and representatives to ensure proper licensure.
