The Louisiana Center for Safe Schools strengthens the safety, well-being, and resilience of school communities by coordinating statewide resources, training, and information sharing to build positive school climates and advance best practices in emergency readiness, empowering schools to effectively prevent, prepare for, respond to, and recover from crises.
We're looking for someone who is exceptionally detail-oriented, highly organized, and an effective communicator. In this role, you will play a vital part by providing comprehensive administrative coordination, managing operational workflows, and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met. Working under the direction of leadership, you will streamline office processes, oversee fiscal monitoring, and manage schedules and correspondence. You will ultimately serve as a key administrative anchor, facilitating smooth communication between the agency, educational partners, law enforcement, and external stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
One year of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will substitute for six months of the required experience.
