- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including kitchen, front-of-house, retail/tasting room and Wine Club. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications and internal pay equity.

- 50 percent Dining and Carryout Discount; 40 percent Retail Wine Discount; 20 percent Discount on Retail and Private Events.
$80,000 - $90,000 a year
Position Summary:
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Restaurant Manager ensures the tools, processes and training are in place to achieve high guest satisfaction results related to all departments in the Front of House.

The work environment includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noise, as well as exposure to non-weather related wet, humid, extreme heat and extreme cold conditions .
In this role as Hospitality Manager, you are responsible for creating a spirit of hospitality in the Front-of-the-House through creating a warm and positive environment, selecting friendly and talented Co-workers, leading the human and financial resources in the Front-of-the-House to achieve a profitable operation and environment that “makes pleasurable dining affordable,” while providing a dining experience that ensures our guests become long-term, loyal customers. As a member of the restaurant operations management team, you are also responsible for the restaurant’s overall operations, including food quality, production, safety, and labor in absence of the General Manager and Kitchen Manager.
