Qualifications: • 1+ years of experience working as a line cook in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teammates, managers, and customers • Ability to memorize and follow recipes, accurately measure ingredients, and adhere to food preparation guidelines • Demonstrated skill in knife handling and proficiency with kitchen equipment • Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation practices • A valid Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain during training as required by law) • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and kneel for duration of shift • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain composure in a fast-paced setting while ensuring high-quality results.
