Your role is more than answering phones or greeting guests—you’ll be the heartbeat of our front desk, ensuring smooth operations, supporting multiple teams, and making every patient, visitor or vendor feel welcome.
Ideal candidate will:
Warmly welcome and provide information to patients, visitors and vendors.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain a tidy, organized reception area that reflects our hospital’s professionalism.
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and mail handling.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Possess previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role.
Qualifications:
- Education and Training: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
