p>Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field preferred Three to five years of financial services, banking, trust administration, wealth management, or related experience preferred Experience in trust administration, investments, or wealth management is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong client service orientation and professional demeanor Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with trust accounting systems or financial software is a plus. Assist with new account onboarding and account terminations Understand fiduciary concepts and support proper trust account administration Utilize trust accounting systems to enter and maintain transactions accurately and timely Assist with trust distributions, account maintenance, and operational activities Support officers with tax-related matters, including reports, returns, payments, and client communications Coordinate with internal teams and external professionals as needed.
