Clinical Administrative Assistant
Position Summary
Elite Home Healthcare is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Clinical Administrative Assistant to support our Clinical Leadership team.
This is not your typical administrative role. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and naturally catches the details others miss. The ideal candidate is proactive, learns new systems quickly, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
This position provides administrative support to multiple Clinical Leaders by managing communications, pulling reports, maintaining documentation, and ensuring administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
Essential Responsibilities
• Manage and organize multiple shared Clinical Leadership email inboxes.
• Review, prioritize, and route incoming communications appropriately.
• Respond to routine inquiries and follow up on outstanding requests.
• Pull recurring and ad hoc reports from multiple systems.
• Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and tracking documents with exceptional accuracy.
• Assist Clinical Leadership with administrative projects and process improvements.
• Monitor tasks and proactively follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Organize and maintain confidential employee and clinical documentation.
• Learn new systems and processes quickly while adapting to changing priorities.
• Support multiple Clinical Leaders while balancing competing deadlines.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience, preferably in healthcare or a fast-paced office environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred:
• Experience supporting healthcare or clinical leadership.
• Experience pulling reports and working with data.
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems or other healthcare software.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
