li>Coordinates all new staff and faculty hiring and onboarding, including scheduling interviews for full-time faculty and staff; coordinating with Human Resources and college leadership to schedule, hire and maintain paperwork; complete workflow for scheduling and contracting with University Scheduling Center; manage workflows for new staff (banner, facilities, LITS Liaison, HR); and on-boarding for new staff and faculty, including announcements/bios, listservs, email groups, equipment set up, updating website etc. In collaboration with the Assistant Dean of Operations, the Manager of Undergraduate Operations, and other stakeholders across the Operations Team and Undergraduate College, this position will manage academic operations for key components of the college to ensure consistent experiences across staff, faculty, and students.
