Oversee the Community Development division and all the related programs, operations, staff, and activities.
Monitor compliance of activities, subrecipient agreements, legal documents and pay requests.
Maintain Housing and subrecipient files and prepares pay requests.
Serve as liaison for HUD regarding CDBG, HOME. LEAD and IHDA.
Assess and ensure compliance with federal rules and regulations pertaining to all programs.
Determine eligibility of proposed projects.
Manage setup of pre-construction bidding and walkthroughs following all HUD and City requirements and compliance.
Prepare and submits annual entitlement grants and related reports and reviews in a timely manner.
