Lead strategic planning for campus space usage, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and optimal utilization of all facilities; Track and analyze office, lab, and classroom usage, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for improved efficiency; Maintain and continuously update room and asset data in systems such as FPMT, DirectLine, and 25Live, addressing existing data backlogs and ensuring long-term accuracy; Collaborate with campus departments and stakeholders to prepare and submit required reports to the state on space utilization, including analysis of variance from established targets; Oversee and manage interior upkeep programs, including: Carpet Replacement Program.
