    Description

    Position Summary

    CSC Lending is seeking a part-time Lending Administrative Assistant to support its small

    business lending operations. This position provides administrative support related to loan files,

    servicing records, compliance documentation, internal reporting, and Board and committee

    records.

    The ideal candidate can understand assignments after an initial briefing, work independently

    within established procedures, and produce accurate, organized, and complete work.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Organize and maintain electronic and physical loan, servicing, and compliance files.
    • Review files using approved checklists and track missing, incomplete, or unsigned
    • documents.
    • Prepare loan, servicing, compliance, and signature packets for management review.
    • Maintain payment records, servicing notes, correspondence, and other administrative
    • records.
    • Generate regular status reports using CSC Lending's internal systems.
    • Maintain internal trackers and identify overdue tasks, missing documentation, and
    • administrative bottlenecks.
    • Convert Board and Loan Committee notes into draft minutes, resolutions, action records,
    • and related documentation.
    • Convert verbal and written instructions into draft checklists and process documents for
    • management approval.
    • Prepare routine correspondence, reports, and documents using approved templates.
    • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document management,
    • shared-folder organization, and internal scheduling.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • At least two years of administrative, operations, records-management, financial-services,
    • nonprofit, legal-support, or comparable office experience.
    • Ability to complete moderately complex administrative assignments after receiving initial
    • instructions.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to follow established checklists, templates, and procedures.
    • Ability to translate instructions into clear and usable checklists.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PDF documents, shared drives, and
    • common office systems.
    • Ability to manage confidential financial and personal information appropriately.
    • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • High school diploma or equivalent

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in lending, banking, loan servicing, compliance, legal administration, or
    • community development finance.
    • Experience preparing Board or committee minutes, resolutions, or compliance
    • documentation.
    • Experience using task-management, customer relationship management, loanmanagement, or document-management systems.
    • Experience producing recurring operational or status reports.
    • Experience working in a nonprofit or community-based organization
