An established window & door company dealer is seeking to hire an Assistant to Sales Specialists for the Los Angeles area.

This is a high speed job that requires attention to detail and the ability to problem solve. Candidates must be organized and be able to multi-task throughout the day. Candidates need to be comfortable working on a computer and have basic math skills to handle customer payments. QuickBooks experience a must and Monday.com understanding is even better. Our management team will provide comprehensive on the job training. We have a state of the art showroom and office space which makes for a very nice work environment.

Responsibilities 


  • Administrative tasks: Paperwork processing, data entry, filing, organizing, emailing invoices, etc.
  • Collecting deposits & final balance payments from customers
  • Contacting customers to let them know orders have arrived and arrange for jobsite delivery
  • Interact & communicate in a professional manner with our clients
  • Work together with your sales team to exceed monthly sales targets & company goals
  • Assist the salesperson by handling customers when the salesperson is out of the office
  • Build relationships with our clients by performing responsibilities well & exceeding customer expectations
  • Work with a diverse team and ability to identify and fulfill individual needs
  • Complete daily and monthly tasks by deadline
  • Assist the sales team in managing accounts and relationships with accounts
  • Proactive problem-solving with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Communicating effectively with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and shipment statuses
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as accounting, warehouse and shipping teams
  • Helping customers with account reconciliation
Requirements 
  • Experience working with QuickBooks accounting software
  • Ability to carry up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to type over 30 wpm
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook
  • Ability and desire to excel in an autonomous environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience in the construction industry is helpful but not required
  • Understanding of Monday.com would be great!
  • Ability to be customer-oriented and proactive team player who can multitask in a dynamic environment
