Program Coordinator/Performance and Data Analytics – Child Care Operations and Systems SupportHouston, TXWorking collaboratively across internal departments, contractors, and community partners, the Senior Program Coordinator develops and maintains performance dashboards, key performance indicators, outcome measurement strategies, and executive reports that evaluate the effectiveness of provider incentives, scholarships, professional development, Local Match, quality initiatives, and other Child Care Operations programs. The position exercises independent judgment in analyzing trends, identifying operational risks and opportunities, validating data integrity, recommending process improvements, and implementing data-driven solutions that enhance compliance, fiscal stewardship, customer service, and the effective delivery of programs and services while ensuring adherence to federal, state, local, and Board requirements.
