Clinical and Leadership Responsibilities (40%): Conduct thorough reviews and signoffs of case notes, treatment plans, and clinical documentation prepared by the school; interns or staff who are not fully clinically licensed to ensure compliance with program and funding requirements within 7 business days upon receipts of the charts/notes/plans; Support the direct reports in doing the same for their teammates .
