May require bending, lifting, standing, climbing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc. in cases where Safety investigations require them; Vision/Hearing Requirements - Constant verbal communications, including both talking and hearing; Work Environment - Position may involve occasional work in a non-temperature-controlled facility; Position will require occasional visits to industrial environment, including potential for noise (85+ decibels), frequent exposure to cold and temperature changes, exposure to hazardous materials, heavy equipment, high levels of dust, and other hazardous working conditions. - Manage talent acquisition process for assigned roles;
- Manage and direct employee investigations;
- Provide direct supervision and guidance to plant HR staff;
- Responsible for performance management program;
- Create and/or recommend company policies and procedures;
- Develop, identify and track metrics for assigned employees;
- Serve as Business Partner to plant managers and local leadership in facilities;
- Monitor company initiatives to ensure assigned areas are in compliance.
