Key Responsibilities: Support the organization in a variety of HR functions including recruiting, retention, succession planning, performance management, compensation, benefits, engagement, legal compliance, employee changes, communications and employee relations Collaborate with the CHRO/SVP of Human Resources and respective client groups to design organization structure, business processes and systems that support their strategic goals Work to create a high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce Collaborate with and provide guidance to managers in areas such as benefits, compensation, training, recruiting, workforce planning, conflict management, performance management, the disciplinary action process, etc. Whether modifying aircraft to help protect our service members overseas, performing geographical mapping for scientific research, or working to suppress large wildfires on the West Coast, we serve with integrity and excellence.
