As a Specialist Manager, Risk & Compliance on the ICN Business Relationships team, you will be responsible for:

li>Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in rotating equipment, pump curves and hydraulics, HPS system design, understanding of pump mechanics, knowledge of VFD's, using sales CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools for sales management, reporting, and HPS system design. This role involves technical sales, managing complex sales cycles, and building relationships with end users, distributors, engineers and EPCs (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction firms) to provide engineered pumping solutions.

This role focuses on developing long-term partnerships with general contractors, developers, owners, EPC firms, and manufacturing organizations that require high-volume construction labor and workforce solutions across multiple locations and projects.

Essential Functions:

• Identify, pursue, and secure large national and regional accounts within industrial construction, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, warehousing/logistics projects, and big-box retail developments.

p>This role is a hybrid position with the expectation to work onsite (3) three days a week in the Ericsson office located in Plano, TX, Austin, TX, Bellevue, WA, Boise, ID, Irvine, CA, Lewisville, TX, Morristown, NJ, New York, NY, Overland Park, KS, Santa Clara, CA, or Washington, DC.

Serve as a liaison between regional sales employees and the marketing business unit, including coordinating activities of the zone sales team, reporting modality business trends, and deploying competitive information for strategy development. + Executes routine responsibilities such as developing RFPs, generating quotations/special price requests, and building/delivering effective customer presentations to identify and advance opportunities for the modality.
