Job Duties:

· Supervise team of leads and agents in passenger assistance duties.

· Responsible for shift schedule to include workstation assignments, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignments, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.

· Communicate with the manager concerning any problems or issues. Manage dispatching agents and applicable equipment to their arriving and departing flights, planes, and assignments.
