Main duties will be copy, mail, scanning, hospitality and reception back up. Need good verbal & written communication skills. Must have strong customer-facing skills / service skills. Candidates should have Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), a coachable attitude, and flexibility. Candidates with legal experience will be prioritized, however, it is not a requirement for this role.
Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds. They should also be able to bend, reach, and be on their feet, standing and walking, for 50% of the time.
Dress Code: Business Casual
Shift: 8: 00 AM to 5: 00 PM (Mon - Fri)
