Office Assistant
Location: Sorrento Valley, San Diego, CA
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our client's team in Sorrento Valley. This position will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the office runs efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with various departments while contributing to the overall success of the organization through exceptional administrative support and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Greet visitors and provide professional customer service
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
Maintain and organize electronic and paper filing systems
Enter data and update records with a high level of accuracy
Assist with preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
Support various departments with administrative projects and tasks
Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist with document scanning, filing, and record management
Qualifications:
1-2 years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
High school diploma required; additional education is a plus

Compensation: $21.00-$28.00 per hour DOE
Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST
