Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment. This role is similar to a day matron position and supports daily office upkeep, kitchen cleanliness, conference room preparation, and event setup and cleanup.

What You'll Do

• Maintain cleanliness of office kitchens, conference rooms, common areas, and shared spaces
• Wash dishes and keep kitchen areas stocked, clean, and organized
• Clean microwaves, refrigerators, counters, sinks, and other kitchen appliances
• Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings and office events
• Support cleanup after office gatherings, lunches, and special events
• Monitor office supplies and notify the appropriate team when items need restocking
• Assist with general office needs, errands, and light administrative support as needed
• Ensure the office remains presentable for employees, clients, and guests

What We're Looking For

• Associate's degree or higher required
• 1+ years of relevant work experience
• Comfortable performing hands-on cleaning tasks, including dishes, microwaves, refrigerators, and kitchen areas
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean workplace
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Able to work independently and manage daily tasks with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude and willingness to support a variety of office needs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift light office or kitchen supplies as needed
• Comfortable performing routine cleaning and setup tasks throughout the workday

Base salary: $20 per hour, plus bonus potential if applicable for role. Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.
