LHH is actively seeking an Office Assistant for one of our top clients in Jacksonville, FL. This will be a contract opportunity with our client and will report onsite to their office in Jacksonville.
Office Services Coordinator
Position Overview
We are seeking a professional, organized, and service-oriented Office Services Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our office. This role is responsible for providing a welcoming and efficient workplace environment through administrative support, office organization, supply management, and coordination of common areas and services.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, polished, and able to manage multiple priorities while providing exceptional service to employees, clients, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail.
Scan, organize, and maintain documents as needed.
Monitor and restock office and kitchen supplies.
Maintain kitchen areas and ensure they remain clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Prepare and organize conference rooms before and after meetings.
Coordinate food and beverage orders for meetings and office events.
Track office and kitchen supplies and communicate replenishment needs.
Assist with parking validation for clients and visitors.
Support general office services and administrative needs as assigned.
Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment.

Ability to work on-site at one or more BDO office locations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
