This is a temporary Administrative Assistant position at a Chicago location, covering maternity leave. The role involves supporting administrative functions with a flexible schedule of about 20 hours weekly, primarily during business hours, with some after-hours events.
The Assistant will handle routine clerical tasks, manage communications, organize documentation, coordinate meetings and travel, and support departmental processes.
Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and two years of related experience. Preferred skills are supporting multiple leaders, proficiency in Microsoft Office, calendar management, event coordination, and office management knowledge, with 2-3 years of experience.
Interviews are virtual via MS Teams, and a background check is required.
