Hours and work will be in CST regardless of what time zone someone is in.[br style="box-sizing: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"]All communications go to you, their employer not to the business and then to Karen McDonough. I will communicate to Audrey’s team.[br style="box-sizing: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"]Everyone will be on camera at all times during training and post-training.

• Everyone is to keep the boxes they receive for assets to use to return assets at the end of the season.
• Equipment and binders will be shipped separately as they come from 2 different teams. At the end of the engagement binders are to be returned separately from the equipment. THESE ARE NOT TO BE RETURNED in the same box. Ensure everyone is made aware of this.
• No time off during the HEDIS season.
• IF someone does need to take off, they either need to take the full day off or log off or on at noon for 1⁄2 day requests. Reschedules will not be made. If someone needed a day and then says they need to move the date to another date, both dates must be taken. This is due to the staff Audrey has to manage between temp. staff and her FTE’s. Tracking when people are off or logging in late or leaving early is a lot to manage in addition to the day to day.
• Questionnaires must be completed and submitted with resumes for new candidate submissions. Any resume w/out the questionnaire will be rejected or not considered to move forward with.
• Put city and state on all resumes.
• Ensure drug and backgrounds are timed so everyone is cleared and ready to start Jan. 4. Candidates can be cleared within 30 days of the start date so ideally candidates can be cleared by Dec. 4 for Jan. 4 start.
