The position provides overall coordination to and administrative support for the Legal & Corporate Secretary team in MDLZ's HQs in Chicago.
" Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support team, which includes the preparation of documents, often require multiple revisions and routing, presentations, letters, travel, meeting planning, expense reports, calendar management, memberships and dues, bar associations, and CLE.
Accuracy and efficiency in handling these expenses is extremely important because errors and delays could cause significant financial impact to the corporation and department.
" Assist and serve as backup in all aspects of arrangements for the company's meetings, including document preparation, coordination, logistics, agenda, AVand dissemination of materials.
" High School Diploma; College preferred
" Minimum three legal or equivalent experience in a law firm or corporate function.
