    Logan Property Management is seeking a proactive and highly organized Corporate Assistant to support our Corporate team across property management operations, Human Resources, and general office administration.

    This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of administrative or operational experience and can confidently manage follow-up, documentation, scheduling, communication, and day-to-day projects across multiple departments.

    This position is temp-to-hire, with the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.

    Responsibilities:

    Property Management & Operations Support

    • Provide administrative support to Corporate Operations and property management leadership.
    • Assist with tracking property-related projects, deadlines, reports, inspections, and follow-up items.
    • Coordinate documents and communication between Corporate and onsite teams.
    • Assist with vendor documentation, invoices, credentialing, and other operational records.
    • Help maintain organized property and operational files.
    • Support travel arrangements, meetings, trainings, and company events.
    • Assist with special projects and portfolio-wide initiatives as assigned.

    Human Resources Support

    • Assist HR with recruiting coordination, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and applicant tracking.
    • Support onboarding and offboarding processes and required documentation.
    • Assist with maintaining employee records and HR files.
    • Track completion of required forms, trainings, acknowledgments, and other HR deadlines.
    • Assist with employee communications and routine HR administrative requests.
    • Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and company information.
    • Provide additional administrative support to HR as needed.

    Corporate & Office Support

    • Provide general administrative support to Corporate leadership.
    • Manage calendars, meetings, documents, correspondence, and follow-up items.
    • Assist with incoming calls, emails, mail, deliveries, and general office needs.
    • Prepare and organize documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports.
    • Order and maintain office supplies and coordinate with office vendors.
    • Help keep the Corporate office organized and running smoothly.
    • Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through to completion.

    Qualifications:

    • 2–4 years of administrative, operations, HR, property management, or similar professional experience required.
    • Property management or real estate experience preferred but not required.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Professional and confident written and verbal communication.
    • Strong follow-through and ability to keep track of multiple deadlines.
    • Comfortable working with different departments and levels of leadership.
    • Able to shift priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
    • Experience with HRIS, ATS, property management, or other business software is a plus.

    Working Conditions:

    • Location: Primarily onsite at LPM's Corporate Office in San Diego, CA, with occasional support at local properties. 

    • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday. 

    • Classification: Non-exempt and eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law. 

    • Position Type: Temp-to-hire. 

    $24 - $25 an hour
