Your role

Are you skilled at great organization and effective communication? Does financial data excite you?

We are looking for a Branch Office Administrator to:

• support the market leadership team administratively and all other branch management teams
• maintain all human resources functions, including payroll for support associates
• support all components of the new hire process and maintain records, approvals and orientation
• assist in the administrative aspects of licensing and registration for all registered employees
• Manage market accounts payable
• support and help drive strategic firm initiatives
• coordinate and plan market and branch office business meetings and various activities

Your team

You will be working as part of Wealth Management Americas. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. As a branch office administrator, you will play an important role as part of a highly collaborative leadership team based in the Midwest. You will be working with the market leadership team based in Chicago, IL.

Your expertise

• excellent communicator, with top-notch interpersonal skills
• initiative-taker who is comfortable managing complex and evolving situations
• independent, motivated, proactive, and focused to take action
• bachelor's or equivalent, focusing on finance and or business administration

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - Illinois - Chicago min USD 90000 - max USD 115000/annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
