Carroll Ave. Chicago, IL Must have flexibility to travel and work onsite at any of our other 4 locationsBlue Bird Day Wheaton: 140 E Loop Road, 60189Blue Bird Day West Loop: 1233 W Adams, 60607Blue Bird Northcenter: 1233 W Adams, 60607Merlin Day Academy: 3319 N Elston Ave, 60618Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and train the administrative department.Identifies and develops potential leaders in the department.Identifies issues and provides problem resolution.Attend events and fairs.Review administration time off requests and approve or deny.Develop a clinical operations strategy and a plan of attack for protocols to achieve enrollment.Evaluate, create, and update new and current policies and procedures.Oversee admin department, including intake, scheduling, billing and operations.Manages team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.Review and monitor SharePoint flow.Review sessions for accurate coding.Monitor receivables to identify and resolve billing, cash flow and accounts receivable deficiencies.Responsible for initiating and coordinating all third-party settlements and appeals.Respond and direct admin to billing inquiries, requests, and complaints.Organize and prioritize areas of responsibility to assure maximum productivity and efficiency.Assists with monthly reporting of revenue, AR aging, and write offs.Reviews and authorizes client account adjustments and refunds.Applies daily Electronic Remittance Advice and Explanation of Benefits.Manage relationships with payers.Oversee and assist with insurance verifications and breakdowns.Supervise and dispute daily incorrect denials.Oversee file management.Introduce new Common Procedure Terminology (CPT) codes to Clinic Director.Communicating with Clinic Director to ensure treatment codes are accurately received.Invoicing clients for medical services.Provide administrative coverage support at any of our locations.Report directly to Director of Administration on all tasks, employee performance and meetings as needed.Participate in yearly performance review with Director of Administration.Participate in all required company orientation, professional development days and ongoing trainings as required.
