    Description

    Overview: The Administrative Assistant performs and provides administrative support to the Provider Relations Team (Outpatient Sales Team members).

    Hours: M-F 8:30 - 4:30PM, 38 hours per week.

    Below duties are performed by the PRS Admin for support of the PRS Team and Manager:

    • Confirm Lunches for PRS Team
    • Schedule catering
    • Send pre mails for in services w/recent referrals and websites for physicians (we could add our 'color' for specifics, i.e., personalities our clinicians should be aware)
    • Complete expense reports
    • Organizations of print materials for each mobile office (the # of print items will diminish) including labels and ensuring we have most up to date pieces
    • Order copies for slip sheets
    • Identifying referrals from new sources to be called on
    • Assist Clinic Managers with Community Events (distribution of flyers, assisting w/set up planning delivery of tablecloth, etc)
    • Signatures - weekly that are not difficult to obtain

    Manager assistance:

    • Productivity Reports
    • CRM Changes/Updates
    • Update Monthly Eval report with productivity and sites that are behind - days to schedule

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma, Associates degree preferred
    • 1 yrs. of experience in high volume office
    • Proficient at desktop computing and operation of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Adobe)
    • Excellent communication and Organizational skills
    • Attention to details and able to prioritize requests
    • Strong Customer service skills
    • Able to work in a fast pace environment
    • Must have administrative support experience and considerable knowledge of office procedures
    • Ability to plan and manage multiple projects/tasks
    • Well organized, flexible, and able to independently follow-through on tasks and assignments
