Administrative Assistant Location: Orlando, FL
Job Type- 1 yerar contract
Rate: 22/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
  • Schedule internal and external meetings while resolving calendar conflicts efficiently
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries
  • Organize meetings, workshops, and team events from start to finish
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up communications
  • Coordinate logistics such as conference rooms, attendees, and schedules
  • Serve as a central point of coordination between teams and stakeholders to support operational efficiency
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
  • Assist with reports, presentations, and general administrative support tasks
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role required
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills required
  • Experience with travel coordination, event planning, and managing multiple priorities preferer
