Essential functions include managing front desk operations, greeting visitors and callers professionally, coordinating clerical tasks, maintaining meeting logistics, handling data collection and database updates, overseeing office supplies and equipment, and supporting organizational events.
Qualifications require 3-4 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma, proficiency in MS Office, strong communication and organizational skills, bilingual English/Spanish, and reliable transportation.
Physical demands involve talking, hearing, sitting, reaching, standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
