1. Office Administration
Manage daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
2. Scheduling & Calendar Management
Schedule meetings, appointments, and events
Maintain calendars for managers or teams
Coordinate meeting rooms and logistics
3. Documentation & Record Keeping
Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
Handle data entry and database management
4. Communication & Coordination
Act as a point of contact between departments, clients, and vendors
Assist with internal and external communications
Support team coordination and follow-ups
5. Meeting & Event Support
Organize meetings (prepare agendas, take minutes)
Arrange travel and accommodations if required
Assist in planning company events or activities
6. Financial & Basic Accounting Tasks
Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
