We're partnering with a growing organization to find a dependable and professional Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly.
This position is covering a leave of absence, with strong potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate.
What You'll Do
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, mail, and general office needs
Support employees with administrative requests, communications, onboarding activities, and workplace initiatives
Coordinate office supplies, vendors, catering, and workplace services
Schedule meetings and events, including room setup and logistics
Maintain records, filing systems, and perform data entry
Support employee badge access administration and recordkeeping
Process expense reports and credit card reconciliations
Assist with employee events, training activities, and special projects
Coordinate travel arrangements when needed
Create and maintain process documentation
What We're Looking For
3+ years of administrative, office support, or clerical experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with SharePoint or similar collaboration tools preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Self-starter who can work independently and use sound judgment
High attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable learning new systems and processes
Professional handling of confidential information
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
