Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and support Institute-related operational activities.
Work closely with the Chief Programs and Communication Officer (CPCO) to optimize administrative infrastructure.
Assist in planning, implementation, and evaluation of IAS major initiatives.
Manage timelines, prepare documentation, and promote IAS activities.
Support daily operational tasks including booking travel, planning events, and processing invoices.
Maintain a social media and online presence, and field phone calls and email correspondence.
Build and maintain an activity catalog on program-related IAS member activities.
Monitor and support strategies and initiatives carried out by the administrative team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Public Health or related field preferred, but not required).
2 years of related professional experience.
Exceptional multi-tasking, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Preferences
Previous experience in a university environment.
Knowledge of systems such as WordPress, REDCap, Adobe Creative Suite, or Workday.
Experience providing research support with CV/biosketch updates, grant writing, and presentation development.
