Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM (with flexibility as needed)

Staffmark is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support 25+ junior banking professionals - Analysts through Junior VPs - at a leading global financial firm in Chicago. You'll work within a dedicated assistant team, receive full onboarding training, and be supported by a Team Supervisor throughout your engagement.

What You'll Do (Job Duties)

• Manage complex calendars and high-volume scheduling across multiple time zones
• Coordinate travel logistics - flights, hotels, visas, and ground transport
• Handle phone and email communications with accuracy and professionalism
• Book internal/external meeting rooms and video conference setups
• Process expenses and invoices promptly
• Provide coverage and ad hoc support across the broader team

What You Bring (Experience)

• Background in customer service or administrative support
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
• Ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball
• Professional communication across all levels - in person, by phone, via email, and Zoom
• Discretion, reliability, and a proactive mindset

Preferred Experience

• 0-1 year of experience; high-volume work environment experience is a plus
