Under general supervision, provides administrative support and customer service for cemetery operations, demonstrating compassion and discretion when assisting the public.
- Answers phones, greets visitors, and communicates burial arrangements accurately.
- Processes contracts, updates records, and manages correspondence and documentation.
- Coordinates burial schedules, communicates with vendors, and tracks inventory.
- Handles payments, resolves customer inquiries, and escalates issues when necessary.
- Prepares materials like certificates and deeds, and assists with scheduling appointments.
- Maintains records, maps, and manages work orders for grounds and decorations.
- Supports office staff and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Two years of clerical and customer service experience, proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong communication skills and compassion. Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.
