    Job description:

    CRB is a fast-growing company dedicated to providing top-tier services in the financial credit industry. Were looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and play a key role in supporting our daily operations. If youre a strong communicator with excellent multitasking abilities, this position is a great fit!

    Position Summary:
    The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, supporting department needs, and assisting with special projects. This position requires strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform general office duties, including managing emails, phone calls, and scheduling
    • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
    • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed
    • Support department heads with daily administrative tasks
    • Assist with project management and maintain task lists for team members
    • Conduct basic research and data entry as requested
    • Other administrative duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred
    • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting preferred
