Support multi channel recruiting efforts to attract and hire high quality candidates, including direct search, ATS/CRM tools, external platforms (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn), employee referrals, career fairs and events, social media, campus engagement, partnerships with community organizations, and collaboration with workforce development agencies. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, including intake interviews, sourcing, candidate review and status management, screening, assessments, interview coordination, reference checks, closing out job postings, transitioning candidates into the HRIS system, and completing initial onboarding tasks prior to final handoff.
