Technical Recruiter

E-Logic Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter to identify, recruit, and place highly qualified Information Technology professionals supporting Milwaukee Transport Services. The successful candidate will manage multiple requisitions while delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit technical professionals.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews.
• Evaluate technical qualifications and experience.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain ATS records and recruiting reports.
• Support recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Three (3)+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting Systems Administrators, Network Engineers, Developers, Business Analysts, Help Desk, and Cybersecurity professionals.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Preferred

• Government contracting experience.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
• Knowledge of IT terminology and technologies.
