Individual in this position assists in managing those activities related to the play of golf; administers leagues and golf tournaments; ensures special events and daily golf operations run efficiently; assists with the management and operations of the citys golf course pro shops; directs, plans, organizes, manages, and supervises activities related to the play of golf; and performs professional and technical tasks related to promoting, teaching, and developing golf within the community. At least two years' experience working at a golf course, progressively responsible experience working in a golf course environment, coordinating tournaments, and providing lessons for patrons.
