Essential Duties & Responsibilities Lead site safety programs and initiatives to promote a proactive safety culture and reduce workplace incidents Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and training programs Conduct safety audits and hazard assessments within a manufacturing environment Ensure compliance with OSHA and other applicable regulatory requirements Lead incident and near-miss investigations and oversee corrective action implementation Track safety performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives Partner with operations leadership and HR on workers’ compensation and return-to-work processes Maintain required safety documentation and reporting Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and leadership to drive safety improvements and organizational change Employs EHS technical theories to solve practical problems.
