Requirements:Have a college degree (preferably in a human service field), plus experience in providing community-based services to individuals with disabilities; or at least 2 years comparable, community-based, life or work experience providing services to individuals with disabilities and/or persons 60 years or older.

The Transitional Assistant Coordinators will assist Guardian Angel in services for adults with developmental disabilities, individuals who are blind or visually impaired, and adolescents with brain injury.
