p>About O'Berry Neuro Medical Treatment Center: O'Berry Neuro-Medical Treatment Center is a specialized skilled nursing facility focused on maintaining the quality of life and dignity for adults with neurocognitive disorders, with coexisting complex medical and behavioral needs, whose level of support extends beyond what can be provided by family or in a community living setting. The Physical Therapist will provide assessments and treatments per departmental and center policies/procedures for assigned caseload to include screenings, evaluations, consultations, planning and implementing Physical Therapy treatments and programs utilizing an interdisciplinary team process, or when a medical event has occurred requiring acute skills Physical Therapy services.
p>Associate degree and three years of experience in human resource administration, case management, job development and placement, employment counseling, vocational guidance and counseling, social work, vocational rehabilitation, claims analysis, or related public contact work dealing with job applicants and employers in a variety of functions or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
