p>The Guest Registration Manager responsibilities include providing training and supervision of the Front Desk staff during hours of overlap, especially as it relates to conducting nightly income audits, making corrections to guest folios, communicating with AM/PM shift staff to ensure shift checklists have been/are being completed, and to provide a bridge between the AM/PM to ensure everyone knows what they need to know for the continuity of guest service at the Front Desk. The Night Audit responsibilities include running computer programs and reports, auditing daily accounting transactions, providing guest services between 9:30 PM and 8:00 AM, such as answering the switchboard, checking-in late arrivals, dispatching the appropriate staff for service requests and communicating with emergency dispatchers and staff for the appropriate responses to medical, fire, law enforcement emergencies, power outages, etc.
