Engineering Specialist II: Bachelors Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering degree and two (2) years of engineering related experience; OR one (1) year of engineering related experience and certification as an Engineer Intern; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
